Spec Slots, Top 5, L4D2, Stats

All the EU servers have now 4 spectator slots, there was noticed some issues with it like crash on end of map. We will try to fix it. Say us about any bugs, please.

Top5 is ready enjoy, and subbmit new times :).

L4D2 server is ready but have problem with autoupdates so still 'comming soon'.

Also EU servers was added to gametracer, so from today all server have stats that you can watch on gametracer.com. You can find server stats by IP or name.

PS. videos from WR on traincar and hospital comes in 2 weeks probably.
